Continental Trade Exchange Acquires Wisconsin Barter Exchange

New Berlin, Wis., November 08, 1998 -- Continental Trade Exchange has purchased the assets and client base of Wisconsin Barter Exchange (WBE). WBE has been headquartered for the past four years in Madison, WI.

In announcing the acquisition, CTE Vice President Dale Mardak, stated: "We believe that this new Madison office will strategically complement our current barter members in Milwaukee, Green Bay, and the Fox Valley of Wisconsin, as well as our newly expanded Chicago client base."
