Continental Trade Exchange Moves To New Corporate Headquarters

New Berlin, Wis., December 12, 1999 -- Continental Trade Exchange has moved into a new corporate headquarters located at 16901 West Glendale Drive, New Berlin, WI.

The property was purchased by Glendale Investments LLC, a real estate investment company owned by CTE President Don Mardak and CTE Vice Presidents John Strabley and Dale Mardak. Presently, Continental Trade Exchange will be using about half of the 13,000 square-foot building which is situated on 2-1/2 acres of land with a parking lot for seventy-five vehicles.

John Strabley stated: "We are very proud of this new facility, which is one of the finest in the barter industry. . . And we are not just renting, but we own the property. Because of the building's size, CTE will have room to grow as we continue progressing with our capital formation and expansion plans."
