Don Mardak Elected as NATE Chairman of the Board

New Berlin, Wis., May 25, 2000 -- At its recent convention in Miami Beach, FL, the National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE) elected Don Mardak to a term as chairman of the board. NATE is the barter industry's premier association, establishing standards and accreditation programs for its members, and bringing them together each year for educational seminars relating to all aspects of running a successful barter network.

Mardak is the president and CEO of International Monetary Systems, Ltd., a holding company which operates the Continental Trade Exchange barter system.
