New Berlin, Wis., April 25, 2001 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (INLM:otc/bb) has purchased the assets of JM Graphics of New Berlin, WI. JM Graphics is a leader in printing industry pre-press work as well as in web site development and hosting. Dale Mardak, IMS vice president, stated: "This acquisition of JM Graphics continues our expansion strategy of creating a Continental Trade Exchange barter network.
