Don Mardak Completes One-Year Term as NATE Chairman

New Berlin, Wis., June 24, 2001 -- Don Mardak, CEO of International Monetary Systems, Ltd., has recently completed a one-year term as chairman of the board of NATE, the National Association of Trade Exchanges. Mardak, who has previously served two terms as president of the barter industry association, is also completing seven years as a member of the NATE board of directors.
