International Monetary Systems, Ltd. Concludes Its IPO

New Berlin, Wis., January 02, 2002 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (IMS) concluded the initial public offering of its stock on December 31, 2001. The offering was underwritten by Liss Financial Services and Pavek Investments of Milwaukee, WI. Shares were sold at a price of $1.00 in the IPO, adjusted for a 6 for 1 stock split on January 2, 2002.
