International Monetary Systems, Ltd. Featured in Barter Association Trade Publication

New Berlin, Wis., April 10, 2002 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (IMS) has recently been featured in the NATE Update, a leading barter industry trade publication. NATE, the National Association of Trade Exchanges, is the premier association for independent barter networks. And International Monetary Systems is one of America's largest trade exchanges, now serving more than 4,000 clients through eight offices in the U.S. and Canada.

The NATE article stressed IMS' growth-through-acquisition strategy, as the company proceeds with its plan to roll-up the barter industry.
