International Monetary Systems, Ltd. Sponsors Annual NATE Convention

New Berlin, Wis., May 25, 2002 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (IMS) has sponsored the annual convention of the National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE). The convention, which was held in New Orleans, LA from May 16th through May 19th of 2002, was a spectacular event in which most of the independent trade exchanges of North America participated. As a sponsor, IMS once again demonstrated its leadership in the barter industry. The company has embarked on a consistent process of acquiring strategically located trade exchanges across the United States and Canada. As a result, IMS' revenues have increased by more than 60% in each of the past two years.
