International Monetary Systems Announces Multi-State Barter Expo

Hundreds of clients expected to attend 13th annual event

New Berlin, Wis., October 16, 2003 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM), worldwide leader in corporate and consumer barter services, will be conducting its 13th annual Barter Expo & Holiday Gift Show Oct. 25, 2003, at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex in Franklin, Wisconsin.

Nearly 100 exhibitors from the Midwest will be offering their goods and services to hundreds of other IMS member/clients attending the show. A special highlight of the event will be the silent barter auction of high-quality products and exotic travel packages. Other trade exchange owners from across the country also will be in attendance.
