Barter Association's Annual Meeting Held in Atlanta

New Berlin, Wis., April 15, 2003 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM), a worldwide leader in corporate and consumer barter services, was the gold sponsor of the 2003 annual convention of the National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE). The meeting April 9-11 in Atlanta, Georgia, was attended by executives of the leading independent trade exchanges of North America.

Additional recognition was given International Monetary Systems when Kim Strabley, International Monetary Systems' travel director and reciprocal accounts manager, was named the barter industry's "Certified Trade Broker of the Year."
