June 4 Event Set for Milwaukee Art Museum

(OTC BB: INLM), a worldwide leader in corporate and consumer barter services for more than 6,000 clients in the U.S. and Canada, today announced that its annual shareholder meeting will be held on June 4, 2003 at the internationally acclaimed Milwaukee Art Museum.

According to the proxy statement filed on April 30, the agenda of the 2 p.m. meeting will cover the election of three directors and the ratification of the Company's auditors: Smith & Gesteland, LLC.
