Kentucky Acquisition Continues Barter Industry Consolidation

New Berlin, Wis., June 05, 2003 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM), a worldwide leader in corporate and consumer barter services, today announced the acquisition of the assets and client list of TradeMasters of Louisville, Kentucky.
