International Monetary Systems Hosts NATE Convention

Regional Meeting Held in Columbus, Ohio

New Berlin, Wis., September 24, 2003 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTCBB: INLM), a worldwide leader in corporate and consumer barter services, hosted the recent National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE) regional convention in Columbus, Ohio.

NATE is the premier industry association for independent barter networks. The organization has more than 80 members and provides a forum where trade exchange owners combine to share experiences and resources, and create an environment where entrepreneurship and free enterprise flourish.

Don Mardak, International Monetary Systems president, is a two-time president of NATE.
