Dale Mardak Tapped by National Association of Trade Exchanges

New Berlin, Wis., March 03, 2004 -- Dale Mardak, senior vice president of International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM), has been elected to the board of directors of the National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE).

NATE is the leading association for independent trade exchanges. The organization was founded in 1984 and provides a forum for barter systems owners to come together to share ideas and establish standards for the industry. International Monetary Systems has been a long-time supporter of NATE and sponsored the last two annual conventions.
