International Monetary Systems Enrolls in OTCBB Market Leaders Investor Relations Program

New Berlin, Wis., April 13, 2004 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM) a worldwide leader in corporate and consumer barter services, today announced that it will participate in the "OTCBB Market Leaders" investor relations program. This program is sponsored by the Wall-Street.com division of National Corporate Services, Inc., a leading investor relations firm. Wall-Street.com screened every company traded on the OTCBB to determine the top 15% that could be considered market leaders, and these were invited to appear in the "OTCBB Market Leaders Program." All the Market Leaders are reporting to the SEC and are making an effort to comply with applicable portions of Sarbanes-Oxley. They are all active, having a product or service or are actively developing one. All are experiencing corporate events that should be of interest to prospective investors.
