International Monetary Systems Re-enrolls For Investrend Research Institutional Coverage

Webcast Posted

New Berlin, Wis., December 19, 2005 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM) has re-enrolled in the unique shareholder empowerment platform administered by Investrend Communications, Inc., a provider of financial intelligence programs.

On November 29, analyst Gary Vassalotti upgraded the company to a "Strong Buy/5," with a target valuation of $0.84, in an Update. The report is posted at http://www.investrendresearch.com, and at the company's InvestorPower page at http://www.investrend.com/company/list.asp?sPathParam=yes. Vassalotti will continue the coverage.

A webcast featuring CEO Don Mardak was also posted today at the Corporate Channel at Investrend Broadcast (http://www.investrendbroadcast.com).

The analyst stated that the upgrade is due to a continued strong quarter, sales growth, a target valuation that is much higher than current price, and a consistent acquisition strategy that has definite, and positive results.

"The company's growth from the acquisitions during the prior quarter, are evident in the growth of the assets (up 51% from 9/30/04). Net Accounts receivables grew 23% while sales are up 43%. INLM seems to be in firm control of their receivables and are not allowing receivable to get out of control even as the company experiences huge growth," said Vassalotti.

"With INLM's consistent, proven strategy for growth along with a strong management team the company should be on you watch list. I have stated earlier that I was hesitant to issue a report with a Strong Buy / 5 rating because of the stock's low float and volume. However, given the company's consistent and large growth rate I am upgrading my rating at this time."
