International Monetary Systems to Acquire Eagle Barter Exchange
Chattanooga, TN Barter System Is Company's 12th Acquisition
New Berlin, Wis., April 13, 2005 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM), a worldwide leader in business-to-business barter services, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets and client base of Eagle Barter Exchange (EBX) of Chattanooga, TN. This is the company's 12th trade exchange acquisition. Johnny Eagle, the former owner of EBX, will be staying on with IMS to manage the Chattanooga office and to bring his media experience and marketing expertise to the nationwide barter network.
