New Berlin, Wis., June 20, 2005 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. Unlike the retail barter network, which primarily works with small businesses and professional people, corporate bartering involves manufacturers, distributors, hotel chains and other larger companies, producing higher-valued transactions. In recent months, IMS has processed two transactions with major distributors totaling $700,000.
