International Monetary Systems Completes Acquisition of New York City Trade Exchange

New Berlin, Wis., August 09, 2005 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM), a worldwide leader in business-to-business barter services, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of International Barter Network (IBN) of New York City. All IBN client accounts have been integrated into IMS' Continental Trade Exchange software.
