International Monetary Systems to Acquire Southern Barter Exchange's Memphis, Tennessee, Clients

New Berlin, Wis., March 22, 2006 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTC BB: INLM), a worldwide leader in business-to-business barter services, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Memphis (TN) client base of Southern Barter Exchange (SBE). This transaction does not include the SBE operation in Little Rock, Arkansas.
