International Monetary Systems schedules Annual Shareholder Meeting June 21 at the spectacular Milwaukee Art Museum

New Berlin, Wis., May 04, 2006 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTCBB: INLM), a worldwide leader in business-to-business barter services, today announced that its annual shareholder meeting will be June 21 at Milwaukee's fabulous lakefront Art Museum.

According to the proxy statement filed on May 2, shareholders of record on May 10th, 2006, will be eligible to elect two directors, to ratify Webb & Company, PA as auditors for the 2006 financial statements, and to vote on any other business that may be presented. CEO Don Mardak commented: "We are very pleased to once again conduct our annual shareholder meeting at this beautiful setting on Lake Michigan in the Calatrava-designed addition to the Milwaukee Art Museum.
