International Monetary Systems schedules Annual Shareholder Meeting June 21 at the spectacular Milwaukee Art Museum

According to the proxy statement filed on May 2, shareholders of record on May 10th, 2006, will be eligible to elect two directors, to ratify Webb & Company, PA as auditors for the 2006 financial statements, and to vote on any other business that may be presented.
