International Monetary Systems Schedules Annual Shareholder Meeting, Increases the Size of Board of Directors

New Berlin, Wis., May 14, 2007 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTCBB:INLM), a worldwide leader in business-to-business barter services, today announced that it has scheduled its annual shareholder meeting for Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at Milwaukee's lakefront Art Museum. According to the proxy statement filed on May 11, shareholders of record on April 30, 2007, will be eligible to re-elect three directors, to ratify Webb & Co. P.A. as auditors of its 2007 financial statements and to vote on any other business that may be presented.

The firm also announced that it has added Stephen Webster to its board of directors. Webster was the former owner of Alliance Barter, Inc., the most recent acquisition of IMS.
