International Monetary Systems Schedules Annual Shareholder Meeting
New Berlin, Wis., May 20, 2008 -- International Monetary Systems, Ltd. (OTCBB: INLM), a worldwide leader in business-to-business barter services, today announced that it has scheduled its annual shareholder meeting for Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel. The meeting will begin at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Shareholders of record on May 1, 2008 will be eligible to re-elect three directors, to ratify Webb & Co. P.A. as the Company’s auditors of its 2008 financial statements, and to vote on any other business that may be presented.
