Happy New Year

Wishing you good times, good cheer, and a memorable new year.

From all of us at IMS, thank you for your business, loyalty, and support this past year. Thinking outside the norm was key to all businesses surviving 2020, and since IMS, as an alternative currency, exists outside the norm every day, we're proud to say we were able to change the way IMS does business to adapt.

It wasn't an easy year, but we strived to provide IMS clients with the newest and best online features to improve the customer experience and keep your IMS trade dollar strong by providing an updated virtual platform to buy and sell excess inventory.

For service providing businesses, IMS kept staff in the office or set them up to work remotely to provide ongoing, uninterrupted service during government-mandated shutdowns across many states and in many markets.

There are many sad stories from the business world in 2020, but we choose to reflect instead on what was accomplished in the face of adversity. Here are a few things IMS did in 2020 that we're particularly proud of.

Updated IMS Marketplace

IMS was unable to host normal holiday shopping experiences for its' member businesses, so a fresh new marketplace was created to allow businesses who count on buying and selling through IMS during this holiday season to still count on earning and spending IMS trade dollars.

In addition, the IMS Marketplace had a record-breaking year and delivered millions of dollars in traded products shipped throughout North America.

If you haven't been to the marketplace recently, visit us here.
