Madison Fitchburg hotel, our prime location is just four miles from University of Wisconsin – Madison. With five meeting rooms totaling over 11,000 square feet of flexible event space, our Fitchburg hotel will accommodate up to 220 attendees in a conference-style setting, and up to 200 for a sit-down banquet.

We’re firm believers that the best sandwiches start with the best bread from our very own recipe. Milio’s bakes our bread fresh every day in every store. How fresh, you ask? Every FOUR HOURS fresh! Once a loaf turns four hours old, it becomes “day old bread,” which we sell for you to take home. So you know your sandwich is always on the freshest bread, straight from our ovens. Then our veggies, meats, and cheeses make our fresh bread into the best sandwiches. Our veggies are delivered and sliced fresh daily. Our meats are hand-trimmed premium cuts sliced daily in-store. Finally, our cheese (which we’re pretty serious about, being cheeseheads and all) is 100% REAL® Provolone and Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese. Nothing artificial here.
