IMS CEO John Strabley to be Inducted to the IRTA Barter Hall of Fame

"As a member of IMS for almost two decades, I have enjoyed the benefits of the network and the increased opportunities it has provided for my business. The [IMS staff] have always taken care of me with whatever issue or request I have had. IMS has become a great addition to my business. IMS is not just about the trade dollars. I’ve always looked to IMS as a marketing tool to promote my business within the network, while it gives me further exposure to potential customers throughout the market. The benefits of growing my IMS customer base and income allow me to treat my family, employees, and clients. Early this year, I did a bathroom remodel on IMS; these funds allowed me to book a Christmas light tour to bring joy to my team and their families. I also purchased Chiefs tickets to reward a hard-working employee. Another benefit I’ve really enjoyed is picking up the tab for clients and other business owners while we are out networking. I’ve used the trade dollars to purchase a storage pod for equipment and supplies; I was able to assist an employee with a dental problem and another with a legal issue. I’ve been able to help with unexpected car repairs and other obstacles life throws at people in my network. Trade has been an integral part of my business. I will continue to utilize and optimize the advantages IMS provides. "
