Full and Half Day options (swim option in the afternoon). June 3 - Aug 9, daily, weekly or monthly registration available. TFL 30 minute Functional Training Classes - Lincolnshire location. 60 day fitness membership + 2 months of unlimited TFL30 classes. and TFL Starter Program is a 30 day functional fitness program for those who completely new to exercise.
