Residential, Commercial & Post-Construction Services - We offer move in and move out cleaning services, janitorial and property maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning and one-time cleaning. Other services include post-construction cleaning and spring cleaning. Serving the north side of Chicago and nearby suburbs, such as Elmwood Park, Niles, Skokie, Lincolnwood, Park Ridge, River Grove, Schiller Park, Melrose Park, Franklin Park and Bensenville. Speech Pathologist Attention parents and families: Professional services are available for children that can benefit from an experienced speech pathologist offering professional help. For an extremely limited time this valuable and effective service is available in a 5 session package of pediatric speech therapy that are provided by a licensed and certified speech therapist, licensed and registered in the state of Illinois and ASHA certified. Sessions are 45 minute each, over zoom. The cost is $1,000 IMS (full trade) for a bundle of 5 forty five minute sessions. Sessions are to take place in the evenings or over the weekends.
