Once a loaf turns four hours old, it becomes “day old bread,” which we sell for you to take home. So you know your sandwich is always on the freshest bread, straight from our ovens. Then our veggies, meats, and cheeses make our fresh bread into the best sandwiches. Our veggies are delivered and sliced fresh daily. Our meats are hand-trimmed premium cuts sliced daily in-store. Finally, our cheese (which we’re pretty serious about, being cheeseheads and all) is 100% REAL® Provolone and Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese. Nothing artificial here.

We are combined of community leaders and organizers who want to work to provide services on a micro and macro level for individuals and communities who are facing societal barriers to success. Specifically, we provide services through individual mentorship, group circles and restorative justice circles, organizing around issues such as decarcercation, adequate funding for community resources and more.
