Walking distance to both waterview and Papa Boos this cottage is great for anyone looking to explore the lake. This home has been fully renovated, with a walk in shower, tranquil soaking tub, hot tub and outdoor space with fire pit, grill, and patio furniture. There are three bedrooms with a king, queen, and two twin beds upstairs, bathroom and laundry on the first floor, full renovated kitchen, living room, master bedroom, as well as sitting room and game room/space. All bedrooms and living room have ROKU TVs and memory foam mattresses. Please note this property has limited parking (max of 4 cars) on a gravel drive on an incline (4WD/AWD is a must with snow or ice) and is on a well with a Kinetico filtration system. We are always a phone call, text, or message away. We do have 24 hour maintenece for repairs and issues as well. Only a few houses back from the water.
