These are tender, sweet cornbread muffins made with cornmeal and studded with Mirai Sweet Corn. Mirai Sweet Corn is a non GMO sweet corn that was developed in Harvard IL and is known as the sweetest corn in the world! These muffins are made with real butter, and milk in the batter, and then brushed with more melted butter when they are taken out of the oven hot.
