This vintage is a blend of 96% Syrah and 4% Viognier and is cave aged 18 months in 25% new French oak barrels. 2022 Merlot, Alexander Valley - Classically structured and often showing as much tannin as many Cabernet Sauvignons, this Merlot has spicy aromas of black cherry, plum, boysenberry, cassis, vanilla and oak along with rich flavors of black cherry, plum, cassis and slight chocolate. This vintage is a blend of 97% Merlot, 2% Malbec and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon and is cave aged for 17 months in 25% new both French and American oak barrels. 2021 Sin Zin, Sonoma County - The 44th vintage continues a tradition of elegant, balanced flavors of Zinfandel and is recognized as a California classic. This vintage shows great color, enticing aromas and big flavors. In the glass there are loads of spicy, fruity aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, dark chocolate, black pepper, oak and a hint of vanilla. This aromatic wine has a solid core of dark fruit with rich spicy flavors of black cherry and blueberry, topped with black pepper and chocolate. Sin Zin is a luscious layered wine with great balance and a nice smooth finish. 2023 Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County - Filled with aromas of tropical fruits, guava, slight passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit and melon, the bright acidity is followed by fresh, juicy flavors of citrus-lime, grapefruit and slight minerality. This dry white wine is sure to become a new favorite. 2021 Homestead Red Blend, Alexander Valley - Complex aromas of black cherry, spice, plum, cassis, blueberry, oak and vanilla. This is a medium-bodied wine with spicy dark fruit flavors of berry, plum, cherry, oak and vanilla. Lush enough to enjoy on its own, Homestead’s bright, juicy flavors and beautiful balance compliment a wide variety of foods. This vintage is a blend of 43% Merlot, 41% Zinfandel, 5% Syrah, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Grenache and 3% Mourvedre and is cave aged for 12 months in both French and American oak barrels. 2023 Wine Club Reserve, Alexander Valley - Crafted by team "Pour Choices" at AVV's annual Battle of the Blends event, this wine is filled with bright and spicy aromas of red cherry, plum and a hint of oak, while each sip leads way to flavors of plum, red and black cherry, blueberry, dried cherry and spice. This vintage is a blend of 69% Syrah, 24% Malbec and 7% Zinfandel and is cave aged for 16 months in both French and American oak barrels.
