45% Chardonnay and 55 % Riesling 2% RS 11.5% Alcohol Two Great Finger Lakes grapes combined, Stainless steel aged Chardonnay combined with crisp Riesling. Stainless steel fermentation and aging bring out the crisp, clean fruit of both the Chardonnay grape and the Riesling grape. The grapes were fermented separately and then blended by the winemaker to create this delicious easy drinking white wine. This medium dry blend is Medium dry and light-bodied, this wine is fruit-forward with hints of citrus and green apples. It is sure to pair well with many foods and be a crowd pleaser with its fruit forward flavor. Pairs well with seafood, light pastas, mild cheeses and cream sauces.
