Our first ever sparkling made entirely of Chardonnay starts of with a beautiful straw color and lively effervescence. Delightful aromas of lemon meringue greet you and are accompanied by crisp notes of Granny Smith apple. This wine is bright, light, and incredibly refreshing and the palate is invigorated by tiny bubbles that dance on the tongue. Flavors of crisp apple take center stage, while layers of light crème brulée and lemon zest provide a creamy richness that balances the fruitiness.
