This majestic property’s 2018 offspring boasts notes of blackberry, dried herbs, and star anise balanced with distinct, yet soft tannins. This Cab goes well with game, rib eye, roasted meats, beef stew, rack of lamb, and even swordfish and tuna steaks in hearty sauces.
