HAND-MADE Whimsical Mixed-Media Necklace

Susan Sorrentino is a juried artist specializing in unique hand-made one-of-a-kind mixed-media art. For over 50 years she has painted, sculpted and created jewelry and wearable art, and for the last 30 years, she has been an exhibitor at festivals and galleries where she has won numerous awards. MEASUREMENTS: 2" W X 4 1/2" H This quirky, vintage necklace, which, when worn, will surely stir up conversation. It features a face with its tongue sticking out which evokes a a cheeky vibe. To create the piece, Susan hand-sculpted the face, created a custom mold, casted it in lightweight ceramic or resin components and painted it. Finally, a turritella agate, a semi-precious fossil stone that has a spiritual quality, was attached to the bottom. The necklace comes with a leather cord and packed in a box.
