Soda Rock is steeped in history, and if the mossy old stone walls could talk, we’d hear some colorful stories. We strive to honor what has transpired here over the past 150 years in Soda Rock's history with our wines. With a large line-up of Cabernet Sauvignons and Bordeaux varietals, Soda Rock wines are big & bold, just like its historic past. A seamless fusion of dusty dark cherry, cedar, vanillin oak and a hint of cocoa fills the nose with tempting aromas. Spicy cedar notes balance the rich, ripe cherry entry. Red currant, plum and a trace of pomegranate and espresso join in, and then linger into the finish. Softening tannins and oak line the palate, giving the wine plenty of structure and aging potential.
