Pallido Case Casa Larga

Recalling the wines of his youth in Italy, our founder, Andrew Colaruotolo, created this zesty, unoaked, medium-dry white wine. It has been a perennial favorite of our guests since its creation in 1986. Pallido recently received a Silver Medal and was awarded a rating of 89 Points at the prestigious 2026 New York Classic Wine Competition. Pallido, which means pale in Italian, was the very first white wine created here at Casa Larga. Pairs great with poultry dishes like piccata, saltimbocca and scaloppini. Serve at a cool 50 degrees.
