2023 Dry Riesling

Riesling grapes love our climate! Forty+ years ago, dry Rieslings were rare. Since then, our dry Riesling has made its mark and has become one of the regions' "new classics". Our Riesling features ripe citrus and peach notes balanced perfectly with natural sweetness. Crop levels were closely controlled to allow the fruit to express maximum aromatic intensity and complexity. Pairs well with crab cakes, curries, fish with lemon, and a wide variety of spice dishes.
