Has never been used and kept in its case for over a half-century. In Near Mint condition. The manufacturer's name is not marked on the flatware but is marked by the ribbon on the top left corner of the case that is included. These are solid pieces and are not plated like typical flatware sets made in the past 70 years. They are of exceptional quality as there is hardly any tarnish on the individually wrapped pieces. Largest flatware set I have ever seen. If you have a very large dining table and do a lot of entertaining, this is the set for you. It came from the estate of a WWII USAAF veteran so it is most likely to have been purchased postwar while stationed overseas. Shipping: The shipping weight in two separate containers is about 35 lbs.
